Yes, Earnify is 100% free. There are no registration fees, monthly subscriptions, or hidden charges. You earn points by completing tasks and can withdraw them as real money.

Yes, a valid South African mobile number (+27) is required for registration. This is used for account verification and security purposes.

Earn points by completing tasks on the platform: watch video ads (10-50 pts), answer surveys (50-300 pts), take quizzes (25-100 pts), or install apps (100-500 pts). You can also earn bonus points through daily challenges, streaks, and referrals.

100 points = R1.00 ZAR. So 500 points = R5, 1,000 points = R10, and so on. This rate is displayed transparently throughout the platform.

Points may not be credited if: the verification question was answered incorrectly, the task was not completed fully (e.g., video not watched to the end), you've already completed that task, or you've hit your daily earning cap. If you believe there's an error, contact support.

Yes, a daily earning cap applies to prevent abuse. The cap varies by tier: Bronze has the lowest cap, Silver is higher, and Gold has the highest. Your remaining daily capacity is shown on your dashboard.

Points expire after 180 consecutive days of account inactivity. We'll send you a notification before your points expire. Simply log in or complete a task to reset the inactivity timer.

Retail Vouchers: R5 (500 points). Capitec Pay: R10 (1,000 points). Bank EFT via Ozow: R20 (2,000 points).

Retail Vouchers: 1-24 hours. Capitec Pay: 1-24 hours. Bank EFT: 24-72 business hours. Processing may take longer during weekends, public holidays, or high-volume periods.

A small processing fee of up to 5% may apply. The exact fee is displayed before you confirm your withdrawal, so there are no surprises.

First, check your withdrawal status on the Withdrawals page. If it's been longer than the estimated time, contact us at support@earnify.co.za with your withdrawal reference number.

Visit the Forgot Password page and enter your registered phone number. You'll receive an OTP via email to verify your identity and set a new password.

For security reasons, phone number changes require identity verification. Contact support@earnify.co.za with your request and we'll guide you through the process.

You can request account deletion through our POPIA Request Form or by emailing privacy@earnify.co.za. Please withdraw any available balance first, as remaining points will be forfeited.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is identity verification required by South African financial regulations (FICA). It's needed for larger withdrawals (cumulative R500+) and for Silver/Gold tier promotion. You'll need to provide a valid SA ID or passport and proof of address.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24-48 hours during business days. You'll receive a notification once your verification is approved or if additional documents are needed.

Complete at least one task per day to maintain your streak. Your streak counter resets to zero if you miss a day. Longer streaks contribute to tier promotion and may unlock bonus rewards at milestones (7, 14, 30 days).

Badges are achievements you earn for reaching milestones — like completing your first task, maintaining a 7-day streak, earning 10,000 points, or referring friends. View your badge collection on the Badges page.

Share your unique referral code with friends. When they sign up and complete their first task, both of you earn bonus points. Find your referral code on the Referrals page.

Your unique referral code is displayed on your Referrals page and also on your Profile page. You can copy and share it directly via WhatsApp, SMS, or social media.

Enable Data Saver mode in your Profile settings. This loads a lightweight version of the site that uses significantly less data and loads faster on slow connections.

Try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again. Some tasks may be temporarily unavailable due to advertiser limits. If the problem continues, contact support with the task name and error message.
